10. What is TPS' experience?
Julie M. Thompson, owner of TPS, is in her sixth year in the legal
profession. She received her Associate of Arts degree in paralegal
studies in 2005. Prior to that, she spent more than 25 years as an
administrative professional, including five years at the management
level. She is currently Vice President for the Norfolk Chapter of IAAP
(International Association of Administrative Professionals) and a member
of NFPA (National Federation of Paralegal Associations), NALA (National
Association of Legal Assistants), and American Freelance Paralegal
Association (AFPA). She has also been an Adjunct Instructor for
Northeast Nebraska Community College teaching a course for the
Paralegal Studies Department since 2006.  The administrative and
paralegal professionals that
TPS contracts all have a minimum of 5
years experience in the legal profession and half have more than 20
years.  All have earned at least a 2-year degree and are current
members of IAAP.
