She is currently Vice President for the Norfolk Chapter of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) and a member of both NFPA (National Federation of Paralegal Associations) and NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants). She has also been an Adjunct Instructor for Northeast Nebraska Community College teaching a course for the Paralegal Studies Department since 2006. |

| Thompson Paralegal Services, LLC opened in April 2007 to provide comprehensive, experienced paralegal and administrative support to the legal community in Nebraska on a freelance basis. TPS serves any attorneys needing freelance paralegal support in Nebraska as well as providing virtual administrative services to businesses worldwide. TPS understands that, in our fast-paced society, many attorneys find themselves burdened with more work than they can handle. TPS presents a meaningful solution, whether it is as an alternative to retaining a full-time employee, to provide support during peak times, or to temporarily cover assignments for a worker on leave. In addition, TPS is accessible during off hours such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends when full-time employees would be otherwise unavailable or require overtime wages. The administrative and paralegal professionals that TPS contracts all have a minimum of 5 years experience in the legal profession and half have more than 20 years.
